2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Thouq Limited for Interior Design W.L.L. provides:
• Interior design consultancy
• Creative direction and design solutions
• Artistic and handcrafted design elements
• Design-related physical products (where offered)
All services and products are subject to availability and contractual confirmation.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the Site under the supervision of a legal guardian.
By using the Site, you confirm that you have legal capacity under the laws of the State of Kuwait.
4. FORMATION OF CONTRACT
A legally binding contract is formed only when:
1. You place an order;
2. Payment is successfully processed; and
3. You receive official confirmation from the Company.
The Customer agrees that electronic confirmations, invoices, records, and communications constitute legally binding written documents under applicable law.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of fraud suspicion, pricing errors, regulatory compliance issues, or product unavailability.
5. PRICING & PAYMENT
• All prices are displayed in KWD unless otherwise stated.
• Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are disclosed prior to checkout.
• Payments are processed via authorized secure electronic gateways.
We do not store full credit card information.
6. RETURN & EXCHANGE
In accordance with Kuwait Digital Commerce Law:
Customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:
• Is unused
• Is returned in its original condition
• Has not been damaged
Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Custom-made or commissioned works
• Personalized design services
• Items manufactured according to client specifications
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after inspection and approval.
7. DELIVERY & RISK
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout.
Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including:
• Interior design concepts
• Renderings
• Artwork
• Branding
• Text and graphics
• Website design
is the exclusive property of Thouq Limited for Interior Design W.L.L. and protected under Kuwaiti intellectual property laws.

9. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is collected only for order processing, service delivery, and communication.
We implement appropriate cybersecurity measures and do not sell personal data.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

2. نطاق الخدمات
تقدم الشركة خدمات التصميم الداخلي والاستشارات الإبداعية والعناصر الفنية والمنتجات ذات الصلة عند توفرها.
3. الأهلية
يجب أن يكون المستخدم قد أتم 18 عامًا أو أن يستخدم الموقع تحت إشراف ولي أمر قانوني.
4. إبرام العقد
يُعتبر العقد ملزمًا عند:
1.تقديم الطلب؛
2.إتمام الدفع بنجاح؛
3.استلام تأكيد رسمي من الشركة.
ويوافق العميل على أن المراسلات والتأكيدات والفواتير والسجلات الإلكترونية تُعد مستندات قانونية مكتوبة وملزمة وفقًا للقانون.
5. الأسعار والدفع
•تُعرض الأسعار بالدينار الكويتي ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.
•تشمل الأسعار الضرائب المطبقة إن وجدت.
•يتم الإفصاح عن رسوم الشحن قبل الدفع.
•تتم عمليات الدفع عبر بوابات إلكترونية آمنة ومعتمدة.
6. الإرجاع و الإستبدال (14 يومًا)
يحق للعميل العدول خلال 14 يومًا من الاستلام بشرط أن يكون المنتج:
•غير مستخدم
•بحالته الأصلية
•غير متضرر
الاستثناءات:
لا يسري حق العدول على الأعمال المصممة حسب الطلب أو الخدمات المخصصة أو المنتجات المصنعة وفق مواصفات العميل.
يتم رد المبلغ خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 14 يوم عمل بعد فحص المنتج والموافقة على طلب الإرجاع.
7. التسليم وانتقال المخاطر
تنتقل المخاطر إلى العميل عند تأكيد التسليم.
8. الملكية الفكرية
جميع التصاميم والمحتويات المعروضة في الموقع مملوكة حصريًا للشركة ومحمية بموجب قوانين دولة الكويت.
9. حماية البيانات
تُجمع البيانات الشخصية فقط لأغراض معالجة الطلبات وتقديم الخدمات.
10. تحديد المسؤولية
لا تتحمل الشركة المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة، ويقتصر الحد الأقصى للمسؤولية على قيمة المنتج أو الخدمة المدفوعة.
11. القوة القاهرة
لا تتحمل الشركة المسؤولية عن التأخير الناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة.
12. تسوية المنازعات
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت.
وفي حال وجود أي تعارض بين النسختين العربية والإنجليزية، يُعتد بالنص العربي.
13. التعديلات
تحتفظ الشركة بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويُعد استمرار استخدام الموقع موافقة على التعديلات.
